Health Tips

As this blog grows, and expands I intend for this page to be dedicated specifically to different methods of treatment which I've found to be most helpful with both my mental illnesses, and in general everyday life. This section of the blog will be covering a fairly wide scope of topics, just some of the topics that I plan to talk about will include various uses of supplements & vitamins, as well as tips and advice on beneficial exercise, and how to more easily incorporate it into your normal routine.

Again, this blog is still just a baby, and I'm so appreciative to anyone who has been reading thus far. I'm learning a lot as I go, but I'm still somewhat winging it. So I do apologize, but I will absolutely be building onto this section, and others, in upcoming weeks.
